Please read the following reminders about Tech Week and please review all of the information in your Parent Packet this week.
1) Wed., Dec. 13th: Full Dress Rehearsal @5:00: all dancers should arrive to the studio with hair and make-up done. For your convenience, we have included a copy here. Please remember to have your dancers bring extra tights, bobby pins and hairspray with them for the Dress Rehearsals and Performance. JAZZ AND TAP PARTY GIRLS: will need to have black tights as well.
We will have a sign out sheet for costumes this evening. If you are asked to bring your costumes home, please keep them on the hanger when you bring them to the high school on Friday. Dancers will change into their costumes when they arrive to the school.
2) Friday, Dec. 15th: Full Dress Rehearsal at Saratoga High School @4:15: all dancers should arrive to the Saratoga Springs High School Auditorium (1 Blue Streak Boulevard) with hair and make up done. Please note we have changed the pickup time to 8:30 pm for all dancers.
3) Saturday. Dec. 16th: all dancers should arrive to Saratoga Springs High School with hair and make up done.
Schedule:
- 11:30 – 12:00: Warm up Ballet IV & V, all Jazz and Tap Dancers (including Dolls)
- 12:00: Call for All Other Dancers
- 12:30 – 1:30: Pictures
- 2:00 pm: Show
- Dancers must be picked up after the show.
- 6:00 pm: Call for All Dancers
- 7:00 pm: Show
4) Please make sure to review your Volunteer Assignments and schedule. We are still in need of volunteers to help sell tickets & hand out programs at the door. If you are attending a performance and can help out about 45 minutes prior to the show, please reply to this email. We need everyone to make this show a success for our dancers!
5) Cast Party! Sun., Dec. 17th 5:00 – 7:00 pm Saratoga Strike Zone: So we can have an accurate headcount, please make sure to return your form and payment to the studio tonight.
6) DVD / Picture Forms: Are in your Parent Packet. They can be dropped off at the studio tonight or up until the day of the show.
